Ronald Gaither, Managing Partner
Mr. Gaither is the managing partner for Green Bear Capital. He has held senior positions with Arbor Commercial Mortgage, Amerin Guaranty, Prudential Home Mortgage and First Union National Bank. Mr. Gaither is a past member of the Zell/Lurie Center Advisory Board at The Wharton School and Freddie Mac advisory board. He also dedicates his time on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Executive Counsel. Mr. Gaither graduated from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and has a BS degree in Business Administration from Winston-Salem State University.
Jonathan Greenspahn, Managing Director
Mr. Greenspahn is the founder of Green Bear Capital, which formerly specialized solely in debt and equity placement for commercial real estate. Prior to Green Bear Capital, Mr. Greenspahn was Vice President of OCIUS a billing and transaction service provider for the multi-family rental apartments. He also served as Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Lenders Mortgage Alliance Corporation and National Sales Operations Director for Amerin Guaranty Corporation. Mr. Greenspahn obtained a B.S. from The American University and a M.B.A. from the Liautaud Business School at UIC.
